Need help with calipers and brake pads

Hi everyone I just bought new brakes for my pulsar. Now I want to know is there any other makes from Nissan that the calipers and brake pads fit the gtir. Also even aftermarket would be good too. Would love the input because I'm getting my brakes done next week so I want to see what calipers and pads I can get for a reasonable price. Thanks.

fronts are identical to nx2000 with abs ad22vf caliper and rotors
rears calipers nearly identical to infiniti g20, pad carrier is different by 12mm, you can use hawk hps pads for a g20
rear rotor is unique, 12mm shallower hat height than nx2000

So the rear brake pad can be used from the g20

yes. The pads are the same. The only difference with the calipers is that the ebrake arm sits at a slightly different angle. (and the g20 has them on the opposite side from the gtir.

I put a new set of g20 calipers on my car. You just have to bend the ebrake cable bracket to clear the rear suspension.

Okay I just installed a set of G20 calipers on the rear. Got them from RockAuto, figured I would take advantage while I am in the US and my rears have always been a little iffy. I had to install them with the GTi-R pad carrier bracket, the G20 one didn't have the correct rotor spacing. Now I just have to bend those ebrake brackets, better warm up the hammer....
Now here is the question. Can I order redstuff pads for the G20? Will they work with the GTi-R carrier bracket?

Hah thanks dude........ I must be tired, I coulda just taken the 5 seconds to compare the 2 brackets lol.
On a side note, did I buy the wrong-ish calipers or could you never use the G20 bracket? Not that it matters to me since my old brackets were in decent shape but it might help out a fellow member to know.

bracket won't work, offset is wrong by 12mm, if you bend the heat shield and use jdm nx rotors in the rear it'll work

I looked at my rear brakes and they are toast.

Been reading, but a little confused.... From what I am understanding, G20 pads will drop right in, or no? Or do I need G20 Calipers as well? Looks like the caliper brackets are nt going to fit, but the caliper it's self bolts to the OEM one.

Rotors are GTiR only, Correct?

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I finally got my Pulsar driving, but it has a horrible noise when in reverse, and it's the pads...

Last time I changed my rear pads I used those from a sentra 2.0l 2001. Maxima 1996-2000 also used the same rear pads so they are really easy to find

As for the rear rotors, gti-r uses rear disks unique for those cars. There's a method to fit nx2000 rear rotors with a spacer and longer hubs studs but I prefer the OEM style.

I have a 1990 Pulsar. Will these pads fit onto any year of GTiR?

All gti-r pulsars have the same brakes all around unless you have something custom fitted on it.
