FYI - H&R Spacers/Extended Studs

Just wanted to post a scan of my H&R spacer box. It was a pain to track down what actually worked for our cars in terms of Hub Bolt knurl but this is the correct info. I replaced all the bolts and they fit perfectly. The spacers are hub centric and fit nicely as well.

ooh... this might be good. Been contemplating making a big brake kit for the rear with 300zx rear calipers.

What are the numbers on your wheels as far as width and offset? How do they fit with the spacers mounted?

I went from a 530WHP GTR to a 220HP GTi-R, but I'm still smiling....

Hey Guys...just putting the car back together this week so I won't be able to provide pictures yet.
My Wheels are 17x7.5 with 42 offset(will have to verify this week). The spacers are 15mm. This brings the wheels out much closer to the fender and farther from the suspension. I am running 215/40/17 tires and 215/45/16 R - compounds on my race rims. I am also running Wilwood 6Pistons with 13" rotors which requires more clearance.

Our factory wheel is 14 x 6, 4 x 100, 42 Offset and you can play with offset with the 1010 offset calculator http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
I was looking for a slightly wider track to help with cornering and to dial out understeer. There is a great discussion on the GTIROC about using spacers to adjust handling. http://www.gtiroc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55407&highlight=spacer

Will post up some pics when I get them...
Cheers

Thread from the dead here, but I have a question for anyone who can chime in on this...

According to this thread, H&R Trak kit # 3024591 works on our cars, and is listed for 1991 Nissan NX. I want to run spacers, but I've got no interest in pressing out the studs and pressing in new ones...

According to H&R Trak's website, the kit listed for 25mm spacers (# 5024591) is a bolt on spacer plate. My question is, has anyone run this kit, and if so, were there any issues? Thanks all.

I have a friend who is using H&R DRM type spacer on his G37S since a few year and never had a problem. You'll have to torque them with a torque wrench just to ensure they are fitted properly, that's all

I never used 25's - I also recommend replacing your wheel studs.

No there is no listing for Nissan or our cars - just did the research ages ago and matched knurl, etc.

Installed them on two cars already (putting them on a 3rd). Only pain is they only come in sets of 5...

This image is from our RallyCross build done this winter...
