if ur tracking your car, an accusump is a better buy
That's a dry sump system, right ?
Also while we are at it, if your are really looking at tracking your car you should run a electric water pump to remove a known issue with our engines. The stock water pump is known to create cavitation starting at 7000 rpm. Those kits are universal and you'll need to find a block-off plate for the water pump housing.
just oversize the pulley and save the extra weight and complexity.
Also an accusump is not a dry sump, it's an oil accumulator on the pressure side of the oil system that returns pressurized oil to the engine if there is a momentary loss of pressure from the pump usually from the oil pickup not being submerged.
It's because no company makes them, I also searched with no luck at all.
Talk to str motorsport. He was looking at producing one i belive. Id be interested
same here....but I also decided that the next best thing was to run a massive caterpillar oil filter which does pretty much the same job.
