I used one from a Nissan Maxima, 94-99, got it from some forum.
NAPA - Outer tie rod - (NCP) 269-3103 - 45$ (each, Maxima 94-99)

You can cross reference a bunch of stuff here at nissan4u.com/parts/sunny and in particular for tie rods look at this:
tie rods. It says it doesn't match any other models but I used the maxima part no problem.

ok cool thanks. most often i have found in my career as a mechanic is that sometimes they say a part wont work cuz the part number is not the same but it can be very small unimportant differences that make it that way. i heard alot of maxima stuff works on these cars. thank you!!

Anyone replace their inner tie rods? Any crossover with other cars?

I also used the maxima part. It works. AFAIK there are no known matches for the inners, but the pulsar. That said there HAS to be a part that works, it's just a matter of who wants to trial and error till they find one.

I just changed my inner tie rods. I used '94 maxima inners and I can confirm they work.

That sucks. I almost ordered the pulsar ones from the dealer but thought I'd take mine out first and go to a parts store and compare a few to see if I get lucky. Ended up costing $45/ea for the maxima ones. Don't forget to invest in a new boot kit.

Not sure on the boots, I had to find them separately so I used boots my buddy had lying around for his skyline.
