I currently have car set to:

toe front      0.0
toe rear       0.0
front camber  -1.4
rear camber   -1.0

That's as much as my agx's with camber bolts will go.  When I have the BC coilovers on for the summer I leave the toe the same and take the camber out to -2.0 on the front and -1.4 on the rear.  Factory settings are crap.  Even if you can't adjust the camber, make the toe 0,0 just like the evo settings.  Car will feel much better, but be a tad twitchy on the highway.

depending on your spring rate, sit in the car or have the alignment shop put a weight thats approximately the same as u in the car before doing the alignment
if ur usually driving alone

8k 7k for me didn't noticeably move.  I'd rather have it balanced evenly, and I'm not really concerned about corner weighting it yet haha.
