caliper is leaking

Hi guys, so while changing the pads, one of my real calipers started leaking ... should I take care of the situation right away ? Thank you very much !

Brakes are a safety component! So to answer your question, yes please fix it for the safety of others and yourself.

You can pick up a 91-96 G20 rear caliper, make sure you get the opposite side that you need otherwise it won't fit. Check out this post I made a while back http://www.canadagtir.com/forums/technical/suspension-brakes-handling/brake-pad-rotor-part-numbers#comment-3529

how much do calipers go for ?

Unfortunately, lots. Brand new, expect to pay $200 - $250 retail. For a rebuilt caliper expect ~$140-$180, plus a $50 - $60 core refund if you bring your busted caliper back. Also beware, sometimes the rebuilt calipers are sold with the pad bracket (that you probably won't need), which will also increase the price.

try and find a caliper off somebody else. see if you can rebuild it yourself as well.

^Do I really need to re-post the same link in the same topic? Guess so :)

As per the thread about all-the-information-you-will-ever-need on gtir brakes: NX2000 (AD22VF) calipers are the exact match.
