verified userNick these are mostly questions for you as you have a kit. Not sure if there are answers to all of them but throwing it out there anyway.
Been looking around at options for an uprated Tie Rod/Track Rod/Bumpsteer kit and wondering whats available?
Looks like our tie rods share a thread pitch with other models like the B13 but what about the S13 or others?
Can you replace the entire tie rod and tie rod end with other kits from Tein ETC? http://www.autocarparts.com/part/1317/1/
If the thread pitch on a kit for an S13 matched, would there be other variables that would make it incompatible? http://performance.yoparts.com/ksport/ksport_rods/arms_tie_rod_end/tins01/i-149408.aspx

No idea if it shares tie rod ends with any other vehicle sorry can't help you there. I will say that it makes a massive difference to reducing understeer, steering feel, and control in corners. I ended up purchasing mine from the uk from the sticky posts they have on gtiroc. I do know octatot on sr20forum makes them for b13's and would probably work too.
