Changing headlight bulb
Probably a really stupid question, but it's to cold outside to stand around trying to figure it out.
I can get the plastic ring off, and the connector off the bulb, but I can't figure out how to get the rubber piece off to get to the clip that holds the bulb in place. Any help?

just pull
note tab on back

So do I just grab the tab add the whole thing pulls off?
Also on the diagram, the white connector. On mine I noticed it has a led light bulb on it. Whats the purpose of that second light? It's not bright enough for a regular headlight, and our cars didn't have drl.
i convert my gtirs to hids.H4 bulb, takes 10 min to do the swap
ya man just pull it comes off easily

it's a city light
it's a european thing
think of it like a parking light that happens to light up the main headlamp reflector instead of its own smaller reflector

don't know you want a bit more of a euro look, but clear turn signals can be had by knocking out the amber bulb set inside the lamp with a nail/stick etc, rattle out the small broken pc, and replace the signal light bulbs with some newer chrome coated amber bulbs for compliance sake and a clear look
I have the clear side markers too so might be going this route in spring.

I just pulled out the second light. It hardly makes any difference. And the way my daytime running lights are wired the headlights are always on anyways.
