I have a couple of TOMEI 260degree 12mm lift for sale (AU$550 plus shipping) if interested and they are in Australia.

BC cams work.  They work better if you are able to spend time on a dyno degreeing them.  But if you have the money for that buy the proper stuff Tomei, Kelford, JUN, JWT, HKS etc.

My understanding is BC cams are not suited to the solid lifters in the GTiR head and that the ramp rates are all wrong. As already said better to go with GTiR specific cams. I'm running HKS 264's timed in to HKS's settings which I really like but I have not got anything to compare them to.

Cams are brand new in boxes with instruction sheets. They are NOT poncams (hydraulic = Silvia S13 s14), they are PROcams (solid = GTI-R).

This is what they are

Brand: Tomei Procams
Part: Intake & Exhaust -
Part #: 1435260120 & 143K260120
Duration: 260 Degrees
Lift: 12mm
Engine: Nissan SR20DET GTiR

No and Yes.
No - you can use the standard springs but you won't get the best out of them.

Yes - it is recommended that heavier springs be used to accommodate the 12mm lift.

Dollar for dollar is it better to go with cams than a turbo upgrade?

How many times will we have to replace our turbos vs the cams...
