is there any numbers on the bearing? if i can remember correctly the bearing itself sits in a larger housing which make contact with the pressure plate fingers... which rotates on a radial bearing? you may be able to just switch these housings if the bearings match up...

if not you should be able to take the larger housing off and find a number on the bearing and go buy one at an industrial supplier... along side the dimension numbers the first 3 digits are a prefix denoting special treatments I.E. TS2 is high heat... usally this is the cheaper route when replacing bearings... all bearings conform to ISO standard... even Japanese ones :D

or you could just by an oem one.
