Question on intake vacuums

So I put on a fmic and a greddy rz and I put together the lines off the top mount, plugged the stock bov line and ran the tees from the throttle bodies to the new bov. The recirc line is on the bov aswell but I'm left with an 1.5" hole below the intake 90 that I completely forgot what it's for.. Do I put a hose on it and plug it?
