Head Gasket Recommendations

After the second weekend of racing our B15 Sentra, GTIR SR20DET performed almost flawlessly. But due to some extreme water temps, around 250°, we seem to have pooched the head gasket. So I'm looking to find a new one and was wondering what metal head gasket might be the best for road racing use. We're going to do the ARP stud upgrade while were at it, but I'm trying to find a head gasket that's going to stand up to the rigours of racing at about 10-12 lbs of boost for 20-30 minutes.
