Hi guys, yesterday I installed a walbro 255 fuel pump. I drove the car for about 10 minutes and all was fine. I then had to go pick my gf up at work and what I see, a huge puttle of gas on the ground under the engine bay. I looked to see where the leak was coming from and it looks like its coming right under the fuel filter. Question is, how can I change that line ? Do i have to change the whole line or is this thing "patchable" for now ? Thank you
From what I remember when I changed my fuel filter there is a short hose between the fuel filter and a metal nozzle at the bottom of the firewall. I changed that hose at the time just cuz it looked really old. Its not a big deal, just a fuel line about 30cm long IIRC, might be a tight squeeze to get to with your hands though.
