Exh. Manifold

Quick question: Anyone on this forum ever fit the exhaust manifold made by Lovefab? I've heard good things about their manifolds but was curious if anyone has ever fit one on a Gti-r.

Just picked up a equal length top mount from lovefab, flange holes needed boring in order to get it to fit, other then that pretty decent, dipstick has to be bent out of the way, alternator has to be wrapped of have a heat shield built , lower coolant hose will hit the manifold so I will have to also do something about that :P this is what happens when you have such a small engine bay

Oh yes forsure , nice quality manifold , Well Idk what I'm going to run on my setup yet .. The manifold I have is port matched for my ve head , I'm all over the map on what turbo to run this year , I'm still trying to figure how much power I want to run

Here's how I look at it:
Cody is a dick and sucks to deal with - I don't have to live with guy, who cares
The flange holes don't line up perfectly - I can spend 15 mins with a deburring bit
It might take 6 months to recieve the manifold - My car won't be finished for at least a year!
The manifold might be too close to my rad - I'm not running A/C and the front end of my car is going to get bastardized anyway trying to fit my intercooler with a 5" core

...I'll take my chances on this one.

He does do good work I must say that , I love the manifold , it took me ten minutes to bor the flange and alittle bit of time with the dremel for the ports. Keep your eyes open on the forum for manifolds going around, what exactly is your setup , are you looking for a top mount ? bottom mount ? side winder ? I may be able to source you one out

also have you looking into a water to air setup ? might be able to free up some space and then you wont have to run such a huge front mount. I'm running a frozen boost water/air setup and I have a tonne of room to play with

buy one from weir.  Seen several examples of his work, and have been amazed.

I was going to call weirtech last week to ask about manifolds but didn't get around to it... happen to have a link with some pics/specs on their manifolds? I looked on their site but couldn't find anything.
