CAR WONT FIRE NEED HELP!!

I recently put another gtir sr20det engine and tranny in my gtir. Me and my buddy were just finishing up splicing the harness and everything is wired up, but there is no injector flash (which means im not getting power to them). Im getting spark and fuel from the fuel pump and the starter is turing the engine. I also changed the ecu and its still not working. I was wondering what could be wrong? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.
