This shows the 1bar loop(around 15 psi), and also explains how to for a boost controller.

do u have a higher pressure fuel pump, what spark plugs, fuel filter, cap n rotor, wires, how have u set it up, u sure u have the 1 bar loop set up correctly, is the waste gate actuator tired and need replacing?, how are you measuring boost?  u gotta be more descriptive than it doesnt work.  the sky is blue.

Has anyone hooked up the aem tru boost b4?

Have you checked the AEM videos? If so, it should be hooked up directly on the wastegate (by removing the old solenoid) and get a source from the turbo pressure, best is to install a nipple on the hot-pipe to get your source.
After check all the settings on the Tru Boost, make sure it is in Internal setting and not external, and the SpR to 9-9.5, and then set your duty cycle to your desired boost.

I said the SpR to 9-9.5, don't know if you boost 10-11 OEM, if not, take her for a spin, turn the controler off and check your stock boost, after set the SpR 0.5-1 psi lower than your stock boost, after set-up your duty cycle to the desired boost. After reaching it, try setting the SpR little higher (this determines the response of your turbo) till you reached turbo spike (too much SpR will cause your turbo spike, means your boost will go up and down quickly)
