Hey, sorry for the late reply - I didn't think anybody would have found this site by now!
I actually just picked up my pulsar last week, and am now in the process of (trying) to insure it. I need to do something about the headlights to get it to pass inspection though. My uncle used an online auction to buy the car off auction on my behalf - then a shipping/customs broker to get it here.
I dont have an ontario vin number for my car.. but i bought it from a guy who imported it at the start of 07, its all registered etc in ontario didnt have to change anything

I actually lucked out and had my pulsar already in Canada and passed OOP. Purchased from 4kruzn up in Edmonton.

yea as long as it have a vin # from the province that you are in then you are safe.
