Rad help
Hey i just found this forum looking for help
but i was wondering if you guys can help me
my RAD sucks. its was siliconed in japan to seal it and now it is cracked and leaking so i need a new rad.
i was told maybe a nx2000 will fit? but that rad is also the same as old sentras and the newer 200sx 95's?
anyways i was wonder if anyone has one for sale or knows were i can get one asap...other then the 6-8 weeks from nissan

i went to a local guy here and he replaced my rad with one from a 200sx i think...it is a dual core so it is a bit larger than the single core aluminum one that it comes with but wow it keeps the car nice and cool in the summer time. If you go by a rad shop they should be able to just look at it and take some measurements and size up a new one for ya. mine was about 200 bucks installed and he took out my AC and fitted a new belt for me at that cost...so look around...some guys are just lazy and dont want ur business.

I got mine from absolute radiator in the states dont bother to try and contact them they wont reply, but if you just order online it only took 2 weeks tops, shipping was fast and the product was oem fit but also 11mm thicker than stock, they have aluminum as well.
As for searching for the nx2000 I heard the same thing but nobody could give me dimensions, or inlet/outlet placement. just order from Vince @ absolute radiators and you will get what you wanted.
cheers
Guaranteed to put a smile on the front of your head!
got a stock one here in good shape or you can call Max at Cooldirect.ca for a new rad. PM me
Your girlfriend sucks
i must be honest...since i replaced my rad with a dual core one my engine temp and oil temp has been alot lower. so i would say if you are thinking about upping your boost then i would invest in a nice big rad to keep your engine cold and get a new thermostat as well cos they are only 13 bucks. anyway just wanted to add my two cents..lol
