That car is frikin cool! I don't know exactly what is different on your front end, maybe just the black ic and custom grill, but the combo makes it look so sleek.
Somebody offered to trade an identical set of rims for my 17"s and I was thinking about it - your car might have just made the decision for me =)
Welcome to the site!

Thanks for the comments! I love my Rota's but I wouldn't go 17" as the tire would be too slim for me. I like some rubber on my rims! lol

The frontend is different because it has nothing in the center of the bumper, and the corners are clear which makes a big difference (according to my eye)

like sunny said above, the blackedout fmic is awsome & sleeper which I like, I might have to do something similar.

Do you remember what brand FMIC your have where did you get it on e-bay. It looks like 2.25 or 2.5 inch pipeing, how deep is the core??

I bought an e-bay FMIC a few weeks after I got my car and never instaled it because it's huge!!! One of the best parts of the GTIR and many stock turbo systems is that there is very little lag.

Here's a shot of my engine bay as it is right now. Just fitted the Z32 MAF. The intercooler piping will be welded instead of having silicon couplings all over the place.

Recently fitted: Mine's 280kph speedometer and 32 LED third brake light

I want that cluster so bad, I know they are super hard to find.

Posted: Fri, 07/22/2011 - 11:52am

It took me 4 years to find one, and I've battled until the last yen to get it hehe

Posted: Fri, 07/22/2011 - 1:10pm

someone should contact mines to see if they have any old ones lying on a shelf

Posted: Fri, 07/22/2011 - 2:31pm

they used to sell for 50000jpy so I don't think that would be a bargain!

Posted: Fri, 07/22/2011 - 2:47pm

yah thats true.. i'd much rather do one of these instead anyways for like 1/3 the price

Did you buy this directly from their web site or you find it at an other place?

Posted: Thu, 12/15/2011 - 8:20am

Got it on Yahoo Auctions Japan

Posted: Thu, 12/15/2011 - 2:11pm

do you read japanese then?

Posted: Thu, 12/15/2011 - 3:09pm

I wish i did!

Posted: Thu, 12/15/2011 - 10:23pm

I've always been wary about bidding on stuff from japan.  All the sites just look sketch with japanese characters everywhere that I can't read lol.
