Oil level
Hi guys, the other morning I decided to have a look at my oil level before taking it out for a spin. Seemed like the level came down and I am not to sure when it happened or why because I dont leak and I dont seem to be burning either. The night before I drove the car a little hard for the first time I got it ... pushed it up to 170 kmh, anyways my question is: could this have made my oil level to come down ? it was at H on the dipstick now its just over the middle of the dipstick between H and L.
It seems like you are burning oil from somewhere, when was the last time you cehcked your level?
oil change maybe 2000 kms ago ... maybe my turbo is spitting a bit of oil !
Try to get someone following you while you are at WOT
check inside your intercooler, and are you checking your oil level after you've started the motor?
update : no nick I check my oil level before using the car. so today I checked my intercooler, no sign of excessive or abnormal amount of oil. I also checked to see if their was oil on my crankshaft and nada. I am out of ideas ! Chances are if it was anyhing internal it would smoke blue right ? but its not !
PCV valve?
If it was the pcv valve would I not have poor idling issues ?
