how is that so? there are plenty of nx's with gti-r swaps. if anything you're reducing the load having 2 extra diffs to funnel power through. with some reinforcement around the rear subframe mounting points i don't see how it would be an issue.
Both those links u guys posted are me. I haven't been on the www.nissanforums.com in a long time. Anyways yes it is possible and having the gti-r engine doesn't really matter. I'm sure you can make the adjstments needed on a regular sr20de to work with the transmission.

i honestly dont know i did read on a fourm about the gtir swap into the nx2000- could be if you increase the power of the sr20det???
