This is basically the exact setup i want on mine track beast R. Does anyone know what the T88 stands for? Is it the intake side of the turbo, cuz i looks like its a little bigger than 3 inches..

I think spending that kind of money is just ridiculous and the only application for a 700hp engine would be for drag racing. There no way you can justify that for the streets.

A stroker kit from Tomei will run you 5k+ in parts alone and then you still have to buy head studs, headgasket, new water pump, new timing chain, cams, valve springs and so on. Building a 2.2 SR20 quickly adds up. The cheapest I've seen a fully built Tomei engine was 10k.
