AM Performance elbow/downpipe
Hey, so i put this exhaust on a long time ago but havent got around to posting anything about it. It was a beast to get on, but thats understandable. I did have to weld a new bung on for the oxygen sensor though. I guess the design slightly got changed and the sensor wouldn't have fit without taking out a/c.

There you can see how close the old bung was, so that was a pain to have to take off and put back on the car again.

Here you can see its obviously a really nice piece. My question is, does anyone have a mean rattle in the exhaust at a certain rpm? Mine bangs against the floor pan right next to the clutch pedal at 1250-1500 rpm. Any idea how i could fix that?
I've practically hung off of it laying under the car trying to get it to move just that slight amount to not touch anymore, but to no avail.

And this one is just cuz i can.

Mine rubbed the front xmember, i just notched the crossmember a tiny bit. I would also have suggested to wrap it, after a year of driving with very very hot feet, i wrapped it with header wrap. Makes a world of difference.
You could just clearance your floor a bit, aka: beat a dent into your floor pan where it's making contact. You will most likely not even notice it. Make sure if you rub any paint off to cover it back up, rust obviously. I had to do this toward the rear, worked like a charm.
