Lately I've had several commercial importers contact me about posting/advertising their vehicles and/or services on the site - For the time being, I've given the go ahead to make a post about who they are, and what they offer, as well as posting any vehicles they might be selling in the buy and sell. Obviously as the site grows, this will become more of a concern, and I will have to make some changes if the commercial content gets out of hand. I'd like to hear from the members, if anyone has any concerns, and hear what suggestions any of you might have (if any) as to how to proceed. Do you want to see commercial sellers in the forums? should they have their own section? how could advertising on the site benefit the community?
I'd think that it would be a decent idea. They could help sourcing hard to find parts in Japan and help getting them here. As well, they could help in the search and acquisition of any new GTiRs any members would want.
See how it goes, most of them if they check with admin before posting their threads are here for a good reason and hopefully not to try to pull any short stops out on the community.

sounds like a good idea, id restrict what they can post though or have a specific sub forum for importers etc, the same sort of idea as nissangitr, that only members can access.

i think its a good idea as long as its limited to pulsar cars and parts only tho.
yeah even better idea, i hate going onto a site, finding 70000000000000000000000 pageson sr20det gtir parts but you know the part you need is the very last page lol. the importers could advertise their whole business but specialise in the gtir part/cars
