WTB Pulsar GTI-R!

Located in Edmonton, so hopefully something at least in Alberta.  Minimal rust, working, winter tires a plus.  Modded or stock doesn't matter, as long as it's mechanically sound.  Just waiting on my skyline to sell (few people interested) to get the cash for it.  Looking to spend about $5-6k.
