WTB: Pulsar GTI-r
looking for a Pulsar GTI-r in the mid 4 digit $$ range. Does not have to be pretty ... this is going to be a beater / part time track car, but has to run well and be reliable with no major engine/mechanical issues - Not looking for cars that has vibration issues, obvious major accidents, neglected, stalling, loud engines, low oil pressure etc. Willing to travel anywhere for the car as long as it will make a 2000 km trip back home... pm me with contact phone # etc. will buy quickly.

WHOLY SHIT DO NOT BUY FROM TIGER!!! freind bot his R32 drove it home took me for a ride and I witnessed an RB26 DIE, less than 9hrs after purchase of a suposidly solid car.. trany about a month after the rebuild threw third gear... suspension was all worn ,, luckly the body is solid lol

anyone checked out the cars at tiger jap ? its been there for ages, im sure someone here's seen it, can anyone chime in?
dont buy from Tjap- the cars are all from wreckers in japan and most times you dont get a ownership, they all have problems, both body and mechanical. ill send you pics of mine, body isnt in the greatest shape- rust on the 1/4s, but its mechanically sound runs like a champ

i still think that you should take a look on tyeeimports.com, i know of 4 cars that came from there mint condition and running still. he ships to anywhere i had mine shipped from bc to nb included in the price.
i already checked their website, they only have 1 for sale currently, asking 9k for it. To me thats closer to GTR territory. Realy a GTR for 9k will be complete uber crap and mega expensive to rebuild when the oil pump has a failure.
A GTIR for 9K will be in much better order. Personaly I would not buy a GTIR for 5K neither...
I did bought my car from Tyee and it was around 9k and I also dumped over 5k on top of that to refurbish the car.
I wish you either good luck, or to be wise and save more $ so you dont buy a junker.
Or buy my car for $5500 and put on new front tires and drive it as much as you want with no problems...
