Thats really nice (for a civic :D), but i think you are trying to sell it to the wrong guys, not sure anyone on here would sell and R for a civic, sir or not... but that is a really nice car you've got there.

yeah so true, i dont know anyone that would want to go from a gti-r to a sir but i figure its worth a shot.

glad its for sale in your area, 9500 for a rhd sir is pretty steep for ontario, when you can get them for around 6-7k here

sick car though, looks like my old one from home

You picked that one up from Tyee Imports, right? Is that the one with the "Repaired" status on it, or was that one never damaged? I remember there was 2 on his website... Thought about buying one for my wife to drive, but she was too nervous about having 2 RHD cars....

$9500 for any civic is steep... and this one would be 15+ years old, to be imported... no?

yeah its a 93 lol and yes it was repaired, and from tyee. there is a lhd 96 civic sir with 230,000k here in skatchy and he is asking $11k so i figured 9,500 wasn't to bad. If it were in bc then for sure but here in SK cars are stupidly overpriced, lol. i don't really expect a trade or to sell it on here but it really doesn't hurt to put it up. Tell your friends tho, cause i know you pulsar guys look down on hondas as do I. My previous vehicle was a 1993 sil80 and i keep kicking myself for leaving nissan :(

my previous was a 91 crx si, with a built type r... so i like my honda to, as long as its imported and not found on road dead then im good

i would trade you, unfortunately the passenger side of my vehicle has gone through hell. I was tboned in a parking lot, buddy had a stolen vehicle and gave me fake information (i know now to ask for id, was my first accident). the door and fender were fucked, and later some nig smashed my window. it needs a door and fender. if you want pictures or whatever, let me know

A great looking car at a fair price. SiR hold good value in Japan depending on condition, mileage, originality etc. GLWS...shouldnt take long to sell locally.

well i guess i'm upgrading. trading my civic for a evo1 :)

Posted: Tue, 01/20/2009 - 7:53am

Thats not a bad trade. I looked at evo's before i stumbled upon my gem.... that gave me 6 months of crappy driving for so far a few weeks of the funnest driving of my life.

i also looked and tried evo 1 when I was shopping, I liked the power but the car felt like it had too much "ass" for me, I prefered the short feeling of the gtir for my driving style. Its still a really fun car which I'd be happy to own if I didnt had my gtir. Good job on the upgrade!
