on the oil cooler,does it come with the piece that sandwhichs between the oil filter and the block.not the water oil cooler that the oil filter normally screaws on to
yes it comes withthe sandwitch plate.

and the oil cooler does it have a thermostat and does it have reusable aluminum -an10 hose ends?

the rad is an ASI rad i was surprised at how good quality it is my wife bought me a koyo for my birthday and its just as nice a rad, had it tested by a local rad shop,they pressurised it to 40psi and it held fine, it also comes with blue silicone top and bottom rad hoses. the oil cooler does have reusable an10 fittings.
