I have this but its for 52mm gauges...brand new/never installed

I'm almost positive they only came in 52mm or 60mm....I can't remember where I got it (UK/AUS/JAP?) and I've searched my email to no avail
I guess ill have to do a custom one! !thanks man!
It appears as though there is room to 'enlargen' the holes. How much meat is on there to safely take off?
