power steering fluid leaks from the rack end boot when i lift up the tie rod. does that mean my rack end seals need replacing? if so, does anyone know where i can get them?
I think it's time for you to rebuild your rack. I think nissan sell only the complete rack at a really expensive cost, maybe you will have better luck at a rebuild shop if they are kind enough to only change the seals.
part number is 49297-86A25 it was also used on b13 sentra 1.6l ans 2.0l from 1991 to 1994 and should cost around 30-35$ for the kit. it contain both seals.
