gasket thickness for VVL head with 54C block

Wat size is the best? Im trying to give it a bit more space between the valves and pistons by using a thick head gasket, any size??? I heard stock works too

just run 20ve cams and you will be fine with stock gasket.  otherwise get new pistons.
