Interesting setup

I found this on youtube. The video isn't much to look at, but it's interesting the way he's got it set up. Jess at TurbineTech built the exhaust manifold and much of what I needed for the turbo setup on my Suzuki Swift GT, and I know that he always does really nice work. It'll be cool to see what kind of stuff he does with the Pulsar. His manifolds are like works of art. I'll definitely be going to him when I need one for my Pulsar.

That IS a cool looking setup. The manifold is pretty crazy, looks like he had to be creative to get the runners equal-length. That turbo looks pretty beefy too... Pardon my ignorance, but what is the big metal box before the intake manifold?

All go, no show

I think it must be a water intercooler. It's a pretty neat idea I think. I imagine that it would build boost pretty quick considering that there is hardly any intercooler piping and very few bends.

i keep turbintech in mind for futur mods, they are a shop located 5 minutes from my parents house where I grew up. My dad is 1 year from retiring and he is a mecanic with lots of general experience. I am thinking of maybe shipping my car to quebec for 6 months to be restored and done up. Cant beat the cost of free labor and a fully tooled garage with paint booth possibility... its worth the 700$ shipping to quebec.

forgot to add, my brother and best friend are both machinist/welder/mecanic/mecanical engineers... so they could help do a lot of custom parts... see it as a thing to do in the -40 degree winter in chicoutimi!
