TPS problem

Hi Guys, so I tried playing with my TPS sensor today and im getting .46v at idle but at WOT im only getting 3.98v so I was wondering if that is ok or does it have to be over 4v no matter what in WOT ? The only way I could get it to go over 4v in WOT is if I set it to like .56v on idle but wouldn't that cause the car to always "accelerate" since the computer thinks the pedal is pressed even if it's not ? Before you ask, yes I tried with another TPS and I am having the same problem ... now unless both sensors are fubar I don`t know what else could be causing this ?

Cool merci ! I just thought I had to be either at 4v or over 4v ! Well now I know this isn't causing the loss of power issue I'm hacing !

Oddly enough, I was running Consult today on unrelated troubleshooting, and the voltage is .46 fully closed and 4.22 at wide open.  Not sure if that .22 would make a difference particularly, but it seems that 4v is less than what I've got at full stomp.
