Hi i need all the proper torque specs for the engine as im going to get it rebuilt soon. i will need everything from the valve cover to the oil pan.

Is this right to set the timing chain see install instruction #2 http://www.gtirworkshopmanual.com/default.aspx?v=204
it says the keyway should be at the 12 O'clock mark and the mating mark should be at the 4 O'clock mark.
is this true i thought both marks should be matched up. And what does T.D.C mean?
